This is a rooming house for women only on the second floor of the house. The house is 1 block from the east side downtown U of I campus, just around the corner from New Pioneer Co-op and The Farmer's Market (April - Oct) as well as many downtown... amenities. Everything is well within walking distance. Each room rents separately with its own lease and rents differ depending on amenities within the room. Those with full kitchens rent for $640 a month, kitchenette rents for $620 a month and a room only rents for $600 a month. All tenants share 2 full bathrooms, living room and back deck. All rooming house tenants have access and may use the communal kitchen except two of the rooms have full kitchens within the room. All utilities are included in rent as well as basic internet.
