This house is located 2.5 blocks east of the downtown U of I campus and all of the downtown amenities, just up the street from New Pioneer Co-op and the Farmer's Market (April through October). This apartment is located on the first floor, and has... very large and spacious living room, bedrooms and kitchen. The living room has a newly refinished wood floor. This unit has it's own private entrance and is in a quiet house. A large front porch in front of the house may be used by all tenants. Off-street parking is available for additional fee - $100/mo. All parking spaces have a separate 12 month lease and are given on a first come first served basis. Included in the rent is heat, water, sewer, trash removal, lawn, and snow removal as well as shared basic internet. The tenants are responsible for paying their own electricity and gas for cooking only....there is a gas stove in the kitchen. This is a smoke-free house, therefore smoking of any kind is NOT allowed within the house. Outside smoking is allowed. Deposit is due at lease signing and is equal to one months rent. Deposits cannot be used for the last months rent. Coin laundry is available for all tenants to use in the basement of the house.
