Amazing Complex!!

My wife and I lived here for two years in an 2 bed 1 bath and it was by far one of the best apartments we’ve ever rented. Not only was the price excellent for the space we got but the staff was always so responsive, respectful, and constantly went above and beyond what was asked of them each time. We went on to purchase a home, but even with such amazing news part of me didn’t want to leave. To this day I still stop by to say hello to the staff!

Amenities galore with the best staff who care about their residents. I love my spacious home where my pets and I are spoiled by Michelle, Tonya, and Mike. The community is quiet and friendly. Awesome location. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!!

The apartments were a good choice for me because they were pet friendly and spacious. The staff were great when it was time to end my lease and made the move out process seamless.

This is my first place with my boyfriend and we love it. The townhome layout makes it feel like we have a little home and we’ve made it ours! Michelle and Ron are great- I feel very valued here. Maintenance requests are completed immediately by Ron, and Michelle is always there to help and answer any questions I may have. HCR is very pet friendly and I love utilizing the gym! My dog loves visiting the front office and greeting everyone. The area is very quiet and everyone is very friendly. I... love being so close to the mall and restaurants as well. On nice days, everything is just a walk away. During the winter the parking lots are taken care of and they provide a bucket of ice melt at every door. I couldn’t recommend HCR enough!
