Subletting for 25-26 Year

I’m looking to have someone take over my lease for the 2025-26 year- it’s at The Quarters. It’s a 3 bed x 3 bath apartment. The roommates are pretty quiet and very nice (both girls). The rent is approx $725 a month. Pets are allowed! There is parking... , WiFi, and cable included in the rent costs. There’s also in-unit laundry, and a bus stop that goes to the downtown area.
