My housemate is leaving, and I am looking to share with someone new, starting August 2025. I live in a spacious Northside house on a quiet street. Ideal for someone that is looking for a peaceful, mature space.

Hardwood floors throughout main floor,... lots of natural light, cute front porch, small yard, driveway & free street parking, well maintained

$750 per person
+ utilities (electricity, water, internet – around $125ish per person/month)

Most of the living space, including bedrooms, on main floor
Living/dining room is furnished
Kitchen – main entry to house, good number of cupboards and cooking space
Laundry in basement of house
Upstairs attic (carpeted) has room for storage and possibly an office/workout space


Landlord (not a management company) requires the following before you can be added to lease:
Rental application
Credit check questionnaire
Security deposit of one month’s rent
