Seville Apartments
My apartment is a 2-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment. For rent, we pay $995 per month that will be split between the two tenants. Individually, this will be $497.50 per month. Rent includes water, sewer, and gas. We are responsible for WIFI and... electricity, which currently is less than $125 per month that is again split between the two tenants. We are required to have renter's insurance. Right now, my current roommate and I have a joint renter's insurance. If I remember correctly, we paid about $120 for the whole year which was split between both of us. We have central heat and air that is run on gas (this makes our electric bill quite low). Also, we have a thermostat to control the temperature of the heat and air in each bedroom and living room. This means that we could keep the temperature that we wish in our bedrooms with no issue. We may need to compromise the temperature for the common areas. We do not have laundry in our unit. We have coin (quarter only) laundry in the basement.
