Iowa City bus connection just north of the building. Facing inner courtyard of the building, so you don't hear noise from Riverside Dr as much. No pets allowed per policy.
Utilities: Internet included, heat/electricity with Mid American, water from Iowa City.
Amenities: Fully furnished and decorated apartment, Washer/dryer in unit which is very convenient, updated appliances (including electric stove).
