The Apartment complex also offers a gym, computer room, lounge, and billiards room in the Clubhouse next to the apartment building for exclusive use by apartment members. The Apartment also features beautiful walking paths nearby. There's an Iowa City bus stop located on US HWY 6, down the road from Apartment 6. Parking is free and unlimited to guests.
