Place is decently kept. But, they will steal your deposit at the end of your lease and claim that you didn't clean things or things were broken, knowing you'll do nothing about it. They also promised us renovations at signing in the Spring of 2016. did those ever happen? Nope. not a word about it after that.

These are basic apartments, which was exactly what my roommate and I were looking for. We were just out of college, or finishing up, and couldn't afford much more than the basic rent here. But we also didn't need any extra amenities. These units are nothing super fancy or new, but secure, well maintained, and comfortable. There are two washers and dryers on each floor, and this made it very easy to access a machine when you needed it. The office was easy to contact and we never had any negative... interactions with the staff. We also never had problems with neighbors; everyone seemed to just mind their own business and respect each other's space. There were young kids living in the buildings, but there was never a real problem with noise. The location is near a very nice park, library, police and fire stations, and a grocery store not far down the road. If we weren't moving for work or school, we would have continued to rent here.
