Renter is responsible for all utilities including gas, electric, water, internet, and garbage. In addition, tenant is responsible for snow removal, and lawn care (landlord will provide mower and shovels) at listed rental rate. Snow and lawn responsibilities also negotiable for a higher rent.

The landlords use the garage and entire yard for tailgating for all home football games and any concerts at Kinnick. You'll have to vacate the yard and remove your car(s) the night before the game/concert and can return it once the tailgating event has closed down. This is non-negotiable.
