The hive is a great place to live. I enjoy having parking under the building. It makes it very convenient to get places and not have to walk in the rain or snow to my car.

Very good experience I like my room however seemed like management has a grudge against me, giving me a noise complaint for no reason and not removing it

The Hive is clean and you can tell that it is new. They have a lot of community events to win prizes and have a fun thing to do. It also feels like a safe space to live.

I think so far it’s been good living here and I’m happy the train sounds has been less in the past weeks.
The amenities are very good and I wish for more events to know the residents.
