Furnished room in large farmhouse with big year 15 mins from campus/hospital
I'm a travel nurse looking for a roommate to move into either the furnished bedroom in the house I'm currently staying in, or one or both of the unfurnished bedrooms in the same house. The house has 4 bedrooms, but the two upstairs bedrooms are... completely empty, so if you have you own things you could utilize one or both of those bedrooms. There is also plenty of room in the rest of the house for any additional furniture you may have. There is only one bathroom that would be shared. I'm currently signed to stay here through the end of this year but will most likely continue to renew my contract. Lease length is very flexible, and you would be able to stay even if I leave. All utilities/wifi are included in the rent and there is lots of space for parking. Huge yard and 3 decks. My current roommate is moving out 7/20, so move in is available anytime after that.
