I am located in unit 501. It is on the lower level. There is a big kitchen, big living room space, 2 bathrooms, nice windows. I don’t pay too much for heat/electricity usually $15 total which will be around $6 or $7 each. It’s a great location. Close... to the rec, great parking, surveillance cameras. The tenets are decent and will respond to emails if there is any problem.
