Room in Downtown for Rent

It is located in downtown, a quite neighborhood walking distance to the university. There are buses available that go directly to hy-vee and downtown as well. There is a really nice park about 5 to 10 min walk from the house.

I have been staying... here for a year. All the other occupants are also grad students. A nice clean and spacious house with ac working well. There are washing machine and dryer available in the basement and also a dishwasher. Room is fully furnished!

I am going abroad for research and that is why i am subletting this room.
