Forest Ridge Apartments

I am a graduate student and looking for someone to sublease my roommate’s room in our 2 bed 2 bath apartment. This would be for the entire lease term, and I plan to move at the end of the calendar year as well so you may have the option to have the... entire unit or I will find someone to sublease for me as well. There are two parking spots assigned to the unit, a bus stop across the street, and is in a quieter neighborhood. I am quiet and typically focused on school, though I do enjoy spending time with friends and getting out of the house. Let me know if you have any questions!
